Antique & Modern Firearms Regulations
Next to the price you'll notice either an "A" or "M." This stands for "Antique" or "Modern." Antique guns, manufactured during or before 1898, can be shipped directly to the customer. Modern firearms marked "M" must be received by a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer (FFL). Please mail or fax a legible signed copy of the FFL along with your payment. Most sporting goods shops, pawn shops, gunsmiths and gunshops offer this service for a small fee (approx $20-40).
International Shipments
We comply with all regulations on this side of the border, but the buyer is ultimately responsible for optaining all proper permits and making sure the item is cleared with local officials. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to stay current on the local regulations for every part of the world. We do our best to help however possible, but cannot be responsible for any loss of international shipments or problems clearing customs. In addition, we cannot be responsible for any amount beyond the maximum amount insurable by the shipper. No returns on items shipped outside the USA.

Payment Methods
We prefer certified check or money order, which allows us to ship immediately upon receipt of funds. Personal checks will be held 10 days. Please make payments to "LeRoy A. Merz." Minnesota residents please add 6.875% sales tax. Sorry, no credit cards.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be happy so you will return in the future. All specifications should be standard unless otherwise noted. To the best of our knowledge, all items are original and unaltered. Keep in mind that most are antiques. Over their history it is normal for old items to show some age, character, minor wear, and occasional adjustments. Mint condition antiques are seldom seen and are priced accordingly. We attempt to represent the accurate overall condition of our items, but cannot take the time to note every minor issue or to research every item.
We stand behind our merchandise. If you wish to upgrade in the future, we offer a full-purchase-price exchange option on any gun we sell, provided it is returned in the same condition as we sold it.
Photographs can vary depending on lighting, reflections, camera angle and many other variables. We do everything possible to give an honest impression of the item, but taking good gun photos is harder than most folks realize. No gun ever looks the same when photos are taken on two different days, or when viewed on two different computer screens. Sometimes photos may unintentionally make something less visible, however, more often we find that photographs bring out things that are not as noticible in person. If in doubt, let us put it in your hands for a 3-day inspection.
We offer a 3 day inspection period with a no-hassle return policy for items shipped anywhere in the United States. In the unlikely event you are unhappy with an item, simply notify us that it is coming back, and return it well-packaged and in the same condition. Exception: layaway purchases are not returnable and are considered final upon order.
All antique and vintage guns are sold as collectible firearms and are not guaranteed or warranted in any way as safe to load or fire. By accepting delivery of any item, the customer accepts all responsibility and liability of ownership including, proper storage & handling.
Flexible Layaway Terms
We prefer 25% initially, with the balance due within 60 days, payable in two equal monthly payments. Longer terms negotiable for higher-priced items. Layaway orders are considered final upon receipt of first payment and have no return privileges.
